Care Bears: Adventures In Innsmouth

This is a  Tabletop RPG Scenario originally created for Warpcon 2018.

It is for five players and plays between 2-3 hours depending on players decisions of course.

The bears have to travel into H.P. Lovecrafts Innsmouth to help a young boy, little Billy Marsh,  get over his fear of taking part in one of his churches ceremonies. Other bears have gone to help but none have returned, now some bears are going as a group to find out what's going on and help this kid.

It uses Chaosiums Call of Cthulhu rpg (6th ed) crossed with the Care Bears, mainly based off the cartoons (TV and movies)  that were in turn based of American Greeting Card company characters.

The characters were generated using  The Dhole's House  online creator

This work is intended as a parody and is, I believe, covered by Fair Use.

None of the images are mine and the map was created by Joseph Morales for the website https://www.cthulhufiles.com/innsmth.htm 

There are a lot of maps out there but his was the simplest to use and was legible when printed to a single page.

 I rated it T for teens. 

 I wouldn't play this with kids though, if playing with kids emphasise gore and icky stuff rather than deep emotional horror.

I do have advisories on how to handle certain incidents just in case the table seemed to young for the GMs comfort
